Our refundable design fees are as follows:
- Studio or 1 Bedroom: AED 799
Refundable if a minimum spend of AED 5,000 is made at Home Centre
- 2 Bedroom: AED 1,499
Refundable if a minimum spend of AED 13,000 is made at Home Centre
- 3 Bedroom and above: AED 2,999
Refundable if a minimum spend of AED 25,000 is made at Home Centre

Yes, you must book an appointment for your initial in-store consultation.If you wish to continue with the service, you can book a home visit with an interior designer for a fee payable in-store.

All our products come with warranties of different durations, the details of which are on our product page.

A warranty card is only available for mattresses. All other product warranties will be mentioned on the invoice.

Modular furniture is furniture that is customised to suit your requirements. They are manufactured in factories using advanced technology, generally made in engineered wood. Modular furniture is easy to assemble and comes with a great finish.

We offer modular systems, wardrobes, sliding and hanging doors, children’s storage, living room storage and sofas.

All our modular furniture is entirely factory-made and finished. The furniture is delivered to your doorstep in flat-pack boxes. Only the assembly and installation are done on site.

Our fleet of vehicles will deliver the modular furniture to your home, directly from the warehouse.

Modular furniture comes with a minimum warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the wood work.

We have a team of trained techicians who will assemble and install your modular furniture.

No, the premises must be prepared for installation from Home Centre. We don’t remove or shift existing furniture.

We offer existing lines and collections available at Home Centre. We do not offer bespoke or custom-made furniture and accessories.

All our designers are qualified interior designers from premier institutes, who have a proven track record with reputed companies.

Our interior designer will meet with you to discuss and understand your requirements and budget, conduct a site visit, prepare two proposals and guide you through the purchase process. They will be present on-site at the time of delivery to ensure accuracy and full completion as per agreed design concept.

Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to change the requirements. However, your design consultant will be able to guide you better on this.

Once the project is initiated, we’ll share a project plan with you, followed by regular progress updates.

Furniture and home décor will be delivered and installed by our team. However, installation of pendant lamps/ chandeliers, wall mirrors and wall art are not done by us. An external third party can be suggested for execution under the supervision of our interior designer. Home Centre will not be responsible for quotations or pricing.

Initial designs will be ready for review 7 days after our designers visit your site.
